Strategic Options Analyses
Strategic Options Analyses:
The term ‘Strategic Options Analyses’ originated from the BC ‘Capital Asset Management Framework’ which is part of the BC Ministry of Finance documents for guiding capital asset creation and management across in BC; more specifically, the key objectives of the Capital Asset Management Framework are:
- To establish best practices in capital asset management across the public sector.
- To support ministries, health authorities, school districts, Crown corporation and other public-sector agencies to think creatively and find the most efficient ways to met BC’s infrastructure needs.
As part of the task force that created this document, and having delivered seminars with my public sector partner for 3 years to many of the above mentioned agencies, I feel well-positioned to provide guidance and facilitation on most specifically ‘Strategic Options Analyses whether on public sector or private sector projects.
